All classes at Breathe Yoga Space are designed from a trauma-sensitive and inclusive foundation, with the focus being to calm the nervous system and to explore the practice of yoga & body based meditation for emotional self-regulation and healing.

Active Chair Yoga Nambour is a 75 min inclusive and accessible class catering for varied abilities.
The focus is on building strength, confidence in balance, breath awareness and moving with awareness. At times resistance bands may be offered. (optional). All props are provided.
The class begins with seated breath practice and gentle joint mobility movement (approx 20 – 25 min), standing/flowing with the chair for support (20 – 30 min) and finishes with either seated or lying down gentle movement and guided body scan meditation to silent savasana (rest) 1o – 15 min)
Please note the studio is upstairs a flight of stairs with hand rails and landing.
Gentle Therapeutic Yoga for Recovery or Chronic Pain Management
A gentle yet deeply effective practice designed to support those managing injuries, chronic pain, limited mobility, or areas of tension in the body.
The Therapeutic yoga class focuses on functional movement, gentle breathwork, postural awareness, and relaxation to increase strength, mobility, balance and body awareness.
Each class is guided with care and tailored to meet the needs of the students in the room.
Postures are adapted to suit individual needs, with options for using chairs, props, or wall support.
- Props such as chairs, blocks, bolsters, blankets, and yoga straps may be offered to enable everyone to experience the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
- Emphasis is on slow, somatic movement empowering and supporting you on your own healing journey.
Community/Workplace/Private Classes
On demand classes for community settings, workplaces, retirement villages OR private 1:1 & small group classes at your place of residence.
Classes can be tailored to your groups needs and interests.
I am trained and experienced in facilitating classes for clients with a range of ages from school children to seniors, supporting both physical and emotional needs. (See “About” page for my credentials). I have current public liability insurance; blue card (for working with children), First Aid and CPR.
