Join me for this inspiring and practical 2 1/2 hour masterclass designed for yoga teachers who want to create truly inclusive, accessible, and welcoming spaces for all bodies, ages, and abilities.

We’ll explore:

  • Adaptive teaching techniques for older adults, and limited mobility.

  • Trauma-aware and person-centred approaches.

  • Language and cueing for inclusivity and agency.

  • Creating safer, more compassionate spaces for diverse students

Whether you teach group classes, private clients, or therapeutic sessions, this workshop offers tools to honour difference and support your students with confidence and care.

Winter Warming Retreat

Snuggle in for a nurturing, nourishing mid-winter half-day retreat.

I am delighted to be sharing this Winter Warming Retreat with Anna of YogaArtNidra Sunshine Coast.

 Sunday July 20 ~ 10 am – 1:30 pm

Kawana Meeting Place, 5 Grand ave Kawana Island, Sunshine Coast.


Your morning begins with me as I guide you through a  gentle, guided trauma~aware yoga session,  designed to release tension, soothe the mind, and bring you into a calm and centred state.

The session is inclusive and accessible for all abilities, with chairs provided.

From here be guided through a 45-minute Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation with Anna ‘Yoga Nidrā Sunshine Coast’ YogaArtNidra. This deep resting practice cultivates calm and relaxation, offering space to set heartfelt intentions.
 
From this blissful state, transition to ‘A Peaceful Paint with Watercolours’ or ‘A Meditative Play with Clay’.
To complete your retreat, enjoy a warming, nourishing lunch lovingly prepared by Ana from Prana Wellness Hub & Café.
 
We’ll gather for a closing circle before lunch to reflect, connect, and seal the retreat experience.
 
Early bird $95 per person by 30 June — includes all Art supplies and vegan/vegetarian option catered lunch.

$110 from 01 July (Teenager $55 accompanied by a participating parent/grandparent).

The studio is accessible via stairs & lift. 

Plenty of parking & cafe for morning coffee. 

Props (mats, bolsters, blankets) are provided, & although yoga nidra is traditionally practiced lying down, chairs can be provided for a seated alternative.

No experience in either yoga or the Enneagram is necessary and a few questions 

         will be forwarded on booking to begin the inquiry process.
