The Inclusive Yoga Teacher Training

This 40-hour training is designed for qualified yoga teachers seeking to expand their skills and create classes that are accessible, inclusive, and grounded in trauma-informed principles.

Through guided practice, discussion, and reflection, you’ll learn how to layer shapes, language, and class structure to support diverse needs and experiences.

More than just techniques, this is a functional training, weaving together theory and evidence based practice to support you to cultivate awareness, presence, and the confidence to hold space where students feel empowered to explore in a way that feels right for them.

Whether you’re new to trauma-informed and inclusive approaches and principles, or looking to deepen your teaching, this training offers a supportive, embodied learning environment that will strengthen both your practice and your classes.

What you will learn ~

Sarah White is a passionate and experienced senior yoga teacher, trainer, and registered yoga therapist, committed to making yoga accessible and inclusive for all. Teaching therapeutic yoga, chair yoga and specialised classes on the Sunshine Coast, she believes yoga is a pathway to reconnect with the essence of who we are, beyond shape or ability. Her teaching comes from a place of gentle inquiry, and embodies practices that support students to explore yoga in ways that feel empowering, sustainable, and authentic.

Andrea & Sarah are both trained and experienced in trauma-informed and accessible yoga practices, bringing a wealth of teaching experience and study to this 40-hour training.
