Exploration of the Self to the Self with the Enneagram

“We don’t see things as they are…we see things as we are.”
Anais Nin

The Enneagram is about people — how we are the same, how we are different, what makes us tick.

It presents a system of psychology that describes nine core personality styles reflecting our inner motivations, thought patterns and behaviours.

This 3-hour workshop is an ecxploration to

  • Uncover our own core personality structure.
  • Discover how others see us through their lens of personality.
  • Explore using the map of the Enneagram how to recognise our default patterns and how and when to access the strengths of the other personalities structures.
  • Share through small group discussion how to become more aware and understanding of others.
  • Grow and develop tools to step out of self-limiting beliefs.

This workshop is both a great introduction to this beautiful and insightful system, as well as a deeper dive for those with some understanding already.

What past participants are saying:

This workshop was like a key to the door of myself… Observing rather than just going into old patterns.”

“I loved the small group sharing; it was so revealing into how others see and respond to the same situation.”

This workshop went so much deeper than other personality systems I’ve looked at”.

“I learnt so much about myself and am eager to explore more about the Enneagram to understand those I sometimes struggle to understand.”

  • Breathing techniques (pranayama), linking breath to movement.
  • Simple meditation techniques to calm the monkey mind.

At a deeper level:

  • You’ll learn how to move safely in a yoga class (including modifications for injury) to build strength, stability and balance as well as increasing flexibility and confidence.
  • Understand how different breathing practices can help to energise or calm your nervous system.
